About this event
Is pursuing a career diploma in healthcare the right choice for you? If you’ve been out of school for a while, have been working in retail or customer service, or are just ready for a change, this virtual session could be for you. Join us virtually on September 22 from 6:00 to 7:00pm CT to hear what working in a healthcare setting is like, and how your experience and skills could translate into a career in the field. During the session, you'll meet Jamie, who was hired after completing his Health Care Aide practicum at Charleswood Extendicare, and Rita, who completed her Medical Office Assistant practicum at Victoria General Hospital and now works at CancerCare.
